Virtueyes presented this Tuesday (22) the IRIS platform, capable of analyzing network, device and application failures in internet of things (IoT) operations in milliseconds.

The solution uses artificial intelligence combined with the company's operational history, which has been operating in telecommunications since 2006 and manages millions of chips in the country. According to CEO Taize Wessner, the average service time fell by 80% with automated diagnosis.

The next step is to make the platform fully autonomous, with automatic correction of problems without human intervention. The complete module should be ready within eight months.
