iFood Chip, a mobile phone service offered by the delivery platform to couriers, has achieved an activation rate of 70% since its launch in September 2025. The data was presented by iFood's logistics manager, Ana Justi, at MVNO Experience, this Tuesday (22), in São Paulo.

The chip is offered to gold level workers, with a monthly fee of R$25 and a 15 GB plan, and diamond level workers, exempt from payment and with the right to redeem up to five chips for dependents, with 20 GB. In both cases, iFood Entregas, Waze and WhatsApp have unlimited access.

The service is operated in partnership with Surf Telecom, which uses the TIM network, and has a 4.6 star rating, according to the company. The platform states that it seeks to expand the benefit to all delivery people, including in cities where the Super Entregadors program is not yet available.
