Prolagos has progressed with the installation of 100 cigarette holders on beaches in the Lagos Region and already has an agreed schedule with Búzios. The Municipal Climate and Sustainability Secretariat has set a plan to install 20 pieces of equipment from November 25th.
The devices will be destined for the beaches of Azeda and Azedinha, Forno and Canto, at strategic points for the flow of visitors. The dates still depend on the joint organization between the concessionaire and the city hall.
In Iguaba Grande, the beaches of Ubás and Popeye are planned, with installation on December 4th. Conversations continue with São Pedro da Aldeia, Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. The project is carried out with the Immersion Project, from the Veiga de Almeida University, based on a survey by Blue Keepers, from the UN Global Compact.
