Mayor Alexandre Martins visited this Tuesday (27) the Science Fair at Praça Tia Uia, in Rasa. With the Secretary of Education, Science and Technology, Rodrigo Ramalho, he learned about the students' projects and congratulated the participants. The event is part of the 23rd National Science and Technology Week, with the theme “Delas Science”.
The fair is held by the Fluminense Federal Institute (IFF), Cabo Frio Campus, in partnership with the Municipal Department of Education of Búzios, to bring science closer to the population and value the participation of women and girls in the production of knowledge.
The program is conducted by the Caravan of Sciences extension program, with exhibition of productions of technical and undergraduate courses, the III Science Fair with evaluation of the registered works, interactive quiz with gifts and awards of the morning and afternoon stages.
