The Municipal Women's Hospital, in the Braga neighborhood, in Cabo Frio, now has a new Obstetric Center. The space was delivered this Tuesday (22), after restructuring and expansion.
The sector went from two to four delivery rooms and gained three beds for stabilizing patients with potentially serious illnesses, in addition to being integrated into the Surgical Center. The unit also has obstetric nurses monitoring labor.
The delivery is part of a series of works in the municipal health network, which includes renovations at the UPAs in Parque Burle and Tamoios and the construction of two Pediatric UPAs. In Primary Care, seven units have already been revitalized.
