A man with an arrest warrant for qualified homicide was arrested in the early hours of Saturday (10), in Cabo Frio. The Military Police approached two teenagers in the Jardim Esperança neighborhood after motorcyclists fled a vehicle; a motorcycle with the license plate covered by a bag was seized.
The officers identified that the rider of the motorcycle had an open arrest warrant for murder, Belford Roxo's case. The man was referred to the 126th Precinct, where the warrant was confirmed and he remained under arrest.
The motorcycle, with the license plate covered by a plastic bag, was seized on suspicion of tampering with an identifying sign (art. 311 of the Penal Code). The two teenagers were listened to and released.
