Anyone who intends to use the e-Título in the first round of the 2026 Elections needs to download the application and complete the first access by Saturday, October 3rd. On voting Sunday, the 4th, new downloads and activations will be interrupted to avoid system overload.
It's not enough to install: the voter also needs to validate the data and complete the activation, a process that requires identity confirmation and facial validation. After that, the application allows you to consult the voting zone, section and location, justify absence and issue certificates.
The e-Título is only valid as an identification document for those who have completed biometric registration and have a photo displayed in the app
