Armação dos Búzios City Hall will hold a special Pink October program on Saturday (24), from 8am to 4pm, in the municipality's Basic Health Units. The action is promoted by the Municipal Health Department.
The agenda brings together preventive exams, rapid tests for STIs, HPV vaccination, medical care and conversation circles, with a focus on prevention and early detection of breast and cervical cancer. There will also be breakfast and guidance from health teams. Vaccination against HPV follows the criteria and protocols of the Ministry of Health.
The medical coordinator of Primary Care, Priscilla Gasparetto, says that the mobilization seeks to facilitate women's access to municipal network services. Residents should seek the nearest UBS to consult the unit's schedule.
