Búzios City Hall opened free registration this Monday (5) for the 1st 60+ Run and Walk, which takes place on Saturday, October 24th, starting at 7am at Praça Santos Dumont. The initiative is promoted by the Departments of Elderly and Leisure and Sports.
Registration can be made online, free of charge, using a form available on the City Hall’s official channels. The expectation is to bring together participants for a morning of sports and integration activities, aimed at the population aged 60 and over.
The first edition of the race was planned especially for the elderly public, bringing together sport, leisure, health and coexistence in an outdoor activity, compressors of the stimulus to the regular practice of physical exercises and the socialization of the elderly population.
