Avenida Central, in the Monte Alegre neighborhood, in Cabo Frio, began receiving new asphalt on Tuesday afternoon (22). Paving is another stage of work on the road, which has already undergone drainage services in some sections, milling and cleaning.

The work covers approximately two kilometers of the avenue and uses approximately 210 tons of asphalt mixture. In one of the sections, deep patching was carried out, recovering the base before applying the new pavement, in addition to regularizing and leveling points on the road.

The avenue also receives improvements in public lighting. In Tangará, Rua Ayrton Senna began a pothole-filling operation this week, with around 200 tons of asphalt mixture to recover sections of worn-out pavement.
