Cape Frian athlete Gabi Yamaguchi won this Sunday (20) her second title at the Rio de Janeiro Jiu-Jitsu Federation (FJJRIO), in a competition held at Club Municipal, in Tijuca, Rio.
Gabi competed in the Children and Youth 2 category, light weight, yellow belt. She cites the support of her family and the Bolsa Atleta Program, from the City of Cabo Frio, as fundamental to her career progression.
The next challenge will be at home: the World Championship of the Brazilian Sports Jiu-Jitsu Confederation (CBJJD), next weekend, at Ginásio Alfredo Barreto, in Cabo Frio.
