Arraial do Cabo hosts this Friday (25) and Saturday (26) Celebra Arraial 2026, a gospel music event with praise, prayer and preaching at the Hermenegildo Barcellos Municipal Stadium, Barcelão, in the Center. Entry is free and both nights start at 8pm.
Opening this Friday is Aline Barros, one of the main names in Brazilian gospel music, with more than three decades of career. On Saturday, Maria Marçal closes the program, seen as a highlight of the new generation of the genre.
The nights will also feature moments of praise, prayer and preaching, as well as performances by gospel DJs before the main attractions. The event is held by the City of Arraial do Cabo in partnership with the Council of Ministers and Evangelical Pastors of the municipality (COMPEAC) and should attract residents and visitors from other cities in the Lakes Region.
