A serious accident left one person dead this Friday morning (2), on Estrada de Praia Seca, in Araruama, in the Lagos Region. The incident was recorded around 11am and emergency teams were mobilized at the scene.
After the accident, the road had to be closed in both directions, and drivers using the road waited for the work to be completed before continuing their route. The blockade was made to allow professionals to work safely.
Until the closing of this article, the victim's identity, age and other personal data had not been disclosed, and there was also no official confirmation about other injuries or which vehicles were involved. The identity of the person who died and the circumstances of the collision remain under investigation.
